$85 Cancellation fee will be charged when a customer cancels an ADSL service prior to 6 months of use. |
| Relocation Fee |
$129 Relocation fee will be applied when you change ADSL service location (even if you retain the same phone number) |
| Speed Change Fee |
$40 Speed change fee will be applied each time when you request to vary the ADSL line speed. |

The 8.0-EasyCap Plan:
8.0Mbps is the maximum achievable speed. The actual speed of the 8.0-EasyCap service will depend on the length and quality of your phone line from your telephone exchange, the type of ADSL modem you are using and technological constraints of the phone line. Empcom do not guarantee that customers who select the 8.0-EasyCap plan will be able to obtain the full quoted speed.
