$85 Cancellation fee will be charged when a customer cancels an ADSL2+ Value, ADSL2+ Pro or ADSL2+ Mega service prior to 6 months of use. |
| Relocation Fee |
$129 Relocation fee will be applied when you change ADSL2+ service location (even if you retain the same phone number) |
| Speed Change Fee |
$40 Speed change fee will be applied each time when you request to vary the ADSL line speed. |

Please note:
Use of the ADSL2+ plans requires that you are connected to an ADSL2+ enabled exchanged. Customers not yet migrated to an ADSL2+ DSLAM (or unable to be migrated) will not able to get ADSL2+ services. Empcom do not guarantee that customers who select the Super Fast ADSL2+ plans will be able to obtain the full quoted speed.
